The National Conference and Leaders Institute: Leading for Change will be held at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in Midtown Atlanta. The venue is both the official conference hotel and the location of conference workshops and events.

Getting to Atlanta

The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is located 30 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL).

To get from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to Georgia Tech Hotel by public transit, take MARTA (either the Red or Gold line) to the Midtown stop. Georgia Tech is a 10 minute walk from the station or there is a complimentary shuttle with service every 6 minutes between 7:30am-5:45pm. When exiting the MARTA Station, exit toward the “Peachtree Place / Ga. Tech Stinger Shuttle” sign and take the trolley to the 5th Street stop (first stop).

Hotel Accommodations

YNPN will provide accommodations for Chapter Leaders at the Georgia Tech Hotel.  Please register to confirm your reservation.  If you have any questions, please read the Travel Support section of the Leaders Site for more information.  There is no need to contact the hotel directly.  

If you are not a Chapter Leader and are interested in staying overnight at the hotel or you will not be staying in the room provided by your chapter, you can indicate this on your registration form.  You will be redirected to a website where you can make a reservation directly with the hotel at the group rate that YNPN has secured at the Georgia Tech Hotel.  The rate is $119 per night for a non-smoking King room plus taxes currently at 23%.

Getting Around Atlanta

Midtown Atlanta is a walkable neighborhood at the heart of Atlanta.  For getting around outside of Midtown, public transit is available through the MARTA system as well as taxi cabs and other transportation network companies including Uber and Lyft.

For driving directions to the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center, please visit their website here.  For walking directions from the North Avenue MARTA transit station: Turn right onto West Peachtree Street and go .2 miles. Turn left on 5th Street, go one block and turn left onto Spring Street. The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is on the right.

Parking

On site parking is available at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.  Parking costs $15 per day. Overnight parking is $15 per day for guests or $18 for a daily pass with in and out privileges.
